As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Line of Business: Human ResourcesJob Description: HR Program Specialist- Leads the development and implementation of enterprise wide HR programs, including design, development, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and resolution of issues for a specialized functional area.The incumbent will work closely within the HR Governance function to review and assess casework, ensuring adherence to established standard operating procedures, policies, and compliance requirements. This role will be responsible for analyzing information and evaluating findings, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. In addition, the incumbent will support quality assurance and testing activities, helping to validate outcomes, and ensure consistent application of investigative and operational standards across the function.
