Job Summary Ally Waste is hiring for the Bilingual (English/Spanish) Waste Leveler Area Supervisor. This role is responsible for redistributing trash flow, cleaning around dumpsters and compactors, and maintaining detailed reports. It is a full‑time position in a rapidly growing industry. Duties/Responsibilities Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to the bulk and leveling team. Ensure that furniture hauling and cleaning tasks are completed to required standards. Manage and replenish supplies needed for cleaning tasks. Drive a company truck to 15–20 properties daily on the assigned route. Check in, take photos, and document bulky items/furniture at each property using our proprietary app. Sweep up around each dumpster or compactor. Break down large boxes and ensure proper recycling practices are followed. Move trash bags from one dumpster to another to eliminate overflowing trash when necessary. Work quickly and efficiently to complete the route before the waste hauler arrives. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time. Must get in and out of the truck hundreds of times throughout the shift. Must move quickly using a broom and dustpan. Must operate a vehicle safely for 8+ hours at a time. Must work the early shift of 2 AM to 10 AM. Other Requirements Driver's license and good driving record. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous management or supervisor experience. Compensation And Benefits Competitive salary: $40,000–$45,000 depending on experience. PTO and sick days. Health benefit options. Other Details This is not a seasonal position. Additional Screening Requirements For Driving Positions Hold a current and valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated. Be at least 18 years old and have maintained a valid license for a minimum of two years. Have no major violations (Type I) within the past 36 months. Have no more than four minor violation points in the past 36 months and no more than three in the past 12 months. Successfully complete a DOT physical examination and obtain the required medical certification prior to performing any driving duties.
