Job Description
This role is focused on supporting the upcoming AOS surge (Adjustment of status) and will be primarily responsible for reviewing a high-volume of cases.
- Reviewing Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases
- Broad based business immigration work (IV, NIV)
The Successful Applicant
- JD or LL.M. from US law school
- Admission to US State Bar
- Immediate availability
- Experience reviewing cases, particularly AOS (adjustment of status cases)
- Experience with IV/NIV and RFE matters helpful
