Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity | Community Hospital Near Boston

Join a highly collaborative and experienced Emergency Department team with an average physician tenure of more than 10 years. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-supported, high-functioning community hospital located just 25 miles from Boston. Our Emergency Department cares for approximately 60,000 patient visits annually and is staffed to support high-quality, efficient patient care, including: Two physicians on duty from 1:00 AM–7:00 AM 84 hours of physician coverage daily 36 hours of physician assistant coverage daily The hospital offers extensive specialty support, including in house: Surgery Anesthesia Obstetrics Neonatology 24-hour Cardiac Catheterization Lab Dedicated Hospitalist service for admissions Comp: $230/hr plus bonus Bonus is up to $40k/yr $325/shift extra for night shifts Additional highlights include: Primarily 8.5-hour shifts 15 shifts per month considered full-time Flexible scheduling based on physician requests through an online scheduling platform with physician oversight (rather than a fixed block schedule) We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including a generous pay-for-performance incentive program with annual quality-based bonuses.
