Key Responsibilities:

• Billing Management & Recordkeeping: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of billing claims for home care services and maintain billing records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Collections & Dispute Resolution: Manage collections for outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and changes to ensure all billing practices adhere to current standards, regulations and payer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in home care or hospital billing and collections.
• Strong understanding of medical billing codes, payer regulations, and reimbursement processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing sensitive interactions with clients and insurance representatives.
• Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.
