Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) 1:1 Wound Care Visit

We are currently looking for compassionate nurses to help care for our patient in L'Anse MI! Wound care visits needed 1x daily! Create your own schedule! This is your chance to make a difference in someone's life while having a great work-life balance!

As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you'll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
Communicate with families and care teams
Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Schedule & Pay

Full-time and part-time shifts available
Day, night, and weekend shifts
Weekly pay + optional daily pay
Competitive pay based on experience

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Patient Population

Pediatrics (birth21 years)
Adults with complex medical needs
