Occupational Therapist

This position is responsible for enhancing, participating, and supporting patient care with a focus on quality and safety. The occupational therapist, with a physician referral, is authorized to treat patients in accordance with practice guidelines. The occupational therapist will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to provide quality care. Proper utilization of the electronic medical record, including accurate documentation, is essential in this role. The position primarily involves outpatient and home health services, with occasional inpatient coverage. Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday. Position urgency is normal.
