Quality Assurance Manager

Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with 5-10 years of experience in architecture, construction, building science, or building envelope consulting. This person will support project quality efforts from design through construction, helping ensure high-performing, durable buildings and strong QA/QC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project risk and constructability reviews.
• Review design and construction documents for quality and coordination.
• Support building envelope and enclosure quality throughout design and construction.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Perform site visits and field quality inspections.
• Assist with training, warranty management, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research building products, materials, and construction methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, building systems, and QA/QC processes.
• Experience reading plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related software.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
