Lead Caregiver / Stna / Cna - Full-Time

This full-time role is designed for calm, dependable care professionals who are comfortable supporting a variety of clients, helping with new client starts, and stepping in when urgent coverage is needed.

• Provide compassionate, professional care to older adults in their homes

• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, companionship, meals, and daily routines
\ N
• Support clients with dementia care and end-of-life care needs
\ N
• Help with new client starts to create a smooth and positive care experience
\ N
• Step in for urgent or last-minute shift coverage to help prevent gaps in care
\ N
• Review care plans and visit notes to understand each client’s needs and preferences
\ N
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and other caregivers
\ N
• Provide hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to other caregivers when needed
\ N

• 5+ years of professional caregiving experience , non-family, OR active STNA/CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credential
\ N
• Experience with personal care, transfers, dementia care, and end-of-life support
\ N
• Calm, confident, and professional approach in changing or challenging care situations
\ N
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, office staff, and fellow caregivers
\ N
• Comfortable supporting and guiding other caregivers when needed
\ N
• Comfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling and care documentation
\ N
• Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
\ N

• Must be availablefor 60 hours per week to qualify for guaranteed 40 full-time hours
\ N
• Reliable transportationand willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes
\ N
• Comfortable working in different Columbus-area home environments, including homes with pets or smoking environments
\ N
• Ability to accept shifts on short notice when needed
\ N
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal care
\ N
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and required assessments
\ N

• $18.00-$20.00/hr , depending on experience
\ N
• $720-$800/week before taxes at 40 hours per week
\ N

This rolesupports clients in homes across the greater Columbus area and surrounding Central Ohio communities . Because client homes may be spread across the area, this position requires reliable transportation, flexibility, and comfort planning travel between assignments when needed.
