Pay: $15 - $17 per hour plus monthly performance bonus and career progression

Professional - You dress, speak and perform with professionalism. Three years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (with family members, in homes or facilities) or a willingness to learn. Able to speak well enough to provide excellent care for others

Reliable You arrive on time, never miss a shift and can be trusted to follow the care plan. Possess a valid driver's license and have insured and reliable transportation. Have back up transportation, care for children and other as needed to make each and every shift

Companion Care:

• Engages with clients to enrich their lives
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments.
• Light housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
• Measuring and preparing special diets

Personal Care:

• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/Shaving
• Incontinence care

Specialized Care:

• Daily Movement Program
• Dementia and Cognitive Support
