Daily Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Assist clients with scheduling appointments and answering inquiries Process payments and handle billing inquiries Provide information on services and products offered Manage client records and update information as needed Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary team Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Required Skills (including, but not limited to): Ability to follow directions: verbal and written Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills in person and over the phone Excellent written communication skills. Ability to explain services provided and associated estimates. Ability to manage and organize schedules Nice to Have Skills: Previous Veterinary Office Experience Animal Handling Salary and Benefits: This position offers an hourly rate between $ 14 - 16 as a start pay, with potential to increase rapidly with progress and performance.
