Inside Sales Representative

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities, and exceeding goals? We're looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing team and play a critical role in driving new business development.

In this role, you'll lead outbound prospecting efforts across multiple industries, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for our outside sales team. What You'll Do

• Execute 200+ outbound touchpoints daily through phone calls, email campaigns, direct mail, and social outreach.
• Prospect and engage businesses across various industries, including healthcare, education, professional services, fitness, hospitality, retail, and more.
• Build and manage cold and nurture outreach campaigns designed to generate and develop qualified leads.
• Utilize CRM and sales intelligence tools to build target lists, track activity, and manage pipeline growth.
• Conduct discovery conversations and needs assessments to qualify prospective customers.
• Schedule a minimum of 2 qualified appointments daily for the outside sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including outreach activity, lead status, notes, and next steps.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging, campaigns, and overall performance.
• Consistently develop and prioritize a strong sales pipeline throughout the assigned territory.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience.
• Proven success with high-volume prospecting and meeting generation.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• B2B service sales experience preferred.
• Experience in facilities, commercial services, or related industries is a plus but not required.
