Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a growing school-based team in Westminster, CA. With multiple openings available, this is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking for a stable, full-time position where they can focus on helping students improve their communication skills and reach their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning.

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and professional standards of practice.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state or contract.

• Current CPR certification, if applicable.

• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.

• Current health certificate, if required by state regulations.

• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.

Assignment Details

• Setting: School-Based Speech-Language Pathology

• Schedule: 35 hours per week

• Contract Length: 12 Months

• Medical Support Level: Level 1

• Behavioral Support Level: None
