Pharmaceuticals Sales Representative, Diabetes - Chattanooga

Responsibilities Deliver on corporate objectives for the assigned territory. Develop, evolve, and execute territory and account-level business plans with RBD and internal business partners. Recommend actions to eliminate/minimize barriers based on marketplace trends, opportunities/threats, and competitive information. Leverage internal expertise to maximize field impact. Partner with RBD, Channel/Trade & Market Access Teams, and Sales Representatives to create territory strategies that ensure patient access to Xeris products. Manage territory budget and resource allocations to maximize ROI. Represent Xeris professionally to internal and external customers; foster trust by demonstrating commitment to advancing patient care and outcomes. Maintain relationships and regular communications with physicians and other healthcare providers. Collaborate with peers, marketing, and training personnel to share information and implement initiatives/strategies. Take responsibility for ongoing professional development. Navigate complex, multi-layered accounts; communicate effectively using internal resources. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business/Marketing, or related field. 2+ years in field commercial roles (sales representative, hospital representative, sales trainer, marketing) OR 5+ years in bioscience commercial roles (sales representative, hospital representative, sales training, marketing, regional account manager). Valid US state-issued driver’s license. Recent bioscience and/or diabetes experience highly desirable. Able to create and execute business plans; proficient with key data/metrics. Thrives in ambiguity; adaptable and asks questions to deepen understanding. Competencies: self-directed, organizational skills, verbal/written communication, time management, presentation, project management, problem solving, negotiation, influencer, adaptability. Working conditions Evening/weekend work as needed; travel at least 20%. Vehicle travel as necessary.
