Rn Manager

RN Manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work in conjunction with the Medical Director, Medical Board and Administration in the evaluation and development of existing and new surgical services at the facility Ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies on an ongoing basis Provide direct supervision and organization among all departments of the facility including equipment, instrumentation, material and medical procurement, sterile processing as well as managing nursing staff and technicians and acting as liaison between management and clinical staff at the facility Develop and ensure compliance with appropriate departmental policy and procedure while working with Risk Management Provide direct patient care for pre-operative, post-operative, and sterile processing Responsible for training and ongoing servicing of all staff at the facility Circulating and scrubbing as needed for Operating Room Ensure the surgical programs and clinical services are in compliance with the respective components of regulatory body and accrediting body standards Manage the schedules (OR, cases, surgeons), clinical departments of nursing, medical records, and housekeeping, material (supplies, medications, implants, etc) procurement Preparation and management of paperwork and studies necessary for continued certification and AAAHC accreditation Develop, monitor, and control the staffing needs, inventory management, as well as continuous monitoring of operations to ensure compliance with goals and budgets Review employee performance as evaluated by their respective managers, ensuring that reviews occur as scheduled or at least annually for each employee Review and approve the disciplinary action and/or discharge and hiring of employees Job Qualifications Highly motivated and ability to multi-task efficiently under demanding situations 2-5 years prior experience in an ASC surgical setting with management experience relevant to job description Preferred Experience in Neurosurgery, Pain Management and Orthopedic, Including Total Joint Replacement Current FL RN License Proficient in computer programs including Excel and Word Strong organizational and analytical skills Experience Management: 2 years (Required) Nursing: 3 years (Required) License / Certification RN (Required) BLS Certification (Preferred) Benefits Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Patient Type Adults Medical Specialty Medical-Surgical Surgery Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
