As a Data Center Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and deploying the hardware and infrastructure that keeps mission-critical systems running around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve server, hardware, and infrastructure issues
* Install, replace, and maintain servers, network equipment, and related components
* Perform structured cabling, patching, and infrastructure support activities
* Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical problems
* Support rack installations, cable management, power distribution, and airflow optimization
* Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
* Assist with data center projects, upgrades, and hardware deployments
* Serve as a technical resource for junior team members when needed
* Adhere to established operational, security, and change management processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum uptime and performance
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience working in a data center, IT infrastructure, hardware support, or telecommunications environment
* Strong understanding of computer hardware and server components
* Experience with structured cabling and physical infrastructure support
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
