Lead Samsung Experience Consultant

Overview Become a full‑time Retail Sales Associate, Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC), at Best Buy 180 in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on promoting and selling Samsung mobile products and related services to customers in a high‑traffic retail environment. Responsibilities Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques. Identify and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer and client service to customers and Best Buy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets during new product launches. Provide daily sales performance and retail insights reporting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: at least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability for weekend, evening, and high‑demand retail holidays.
