Human Resources Specialist

Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is looking to immediately hire a Human Resources Specialist. This position will specialize in recruiting and talent acquisition, as well as assist in other human resources administrative tasks.

Total Water is a 100% Employee Owned Company and a leader in water treatment. We are known for our innovation and service in providing ultra-pure water for healthcare, biotech, laboratory, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and food processing operations. We are a growing company and currently have locations in WI, IL, MN, IA, MI and GA.

This position works out of our Madison, WI location.

Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related area or equivalent experience in employment field preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment centered role- experience in recruiting high-level or hard to fill positions required.

• Well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player and possesses excellent communication skills and is trustworthy.

• Experience with computers including Windows based programs, Internet use, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
