HR Receptionist

General Admin - Clerical III- 1st Shift Human Resources Assistant/Receptionist Milkco is seeking an HR Assistant . This position is from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. In addition to normal hours, this position will work one night a month 8:00pm - 10:30pm. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented "people person" with a positive attitude. The job duties are as follows: Answer switchboard & greet visitors Manage the uniform & safety shoe program Assist employees with downloading and logging into apps on their phone to be able to see their pay statements and time (SuccessFactors & Kronos). Assist withday to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide HR clerical and administrative support Compile and update employee records Assist with insurance issues, FMLA paperwork, etc. Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation Assist with the company's Social Media. Preferred Experience: Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position Excellent computer skills, including prior experience with an HR technology system, such as SuccessFactors or Kronos Basic knowledge of labor laws Excellent organizational skills Milkco, Inc. is a Fluid Milk Plant. Compensation Information: Automatic 60-Day Pay Review Automatic Annual Pay Review Hourly wage DOE Employment Requirements: Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco). Will conduct a Criminal Background Check. Must pass an E-Verify Screening. Must want to work and have excellent attendance. Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people. Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere. Physical Requirements: Must be able to work on a computer in a stationary position for extended periods. Must be able to occasionally move through and around the plant as needed.
