Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist
• At least one year of experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy (preferred)
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with students, teachers, and families
• Adept at working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage caseloads and adapt interventions for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ motor abilities and develop individualized physical therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals and educational requirements
• Work alongside special education teams to integrate PT interventions within school routines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress, treatment, and updates for IEP meetings
• Educate school staff and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and classroom modifications
• Foster a supportive, safe, and motivating environment that encourages student participation and achievement
