Customer Service Associate

Summary: Pacific Coast Trane/Fix Air is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Concord location. This position primarily supports warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and material handling. The employee will also be cross-trained to occasionally assist customers with parts orders, inquiries, and other customer service needs.

Responsibilities:

Execute quote and order management processes with a high level of accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery, including entering quotes and invoices and following through on fulfillment.

Be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments and receiving.

Maintain office and warehouse equipment and supplies required for effective operation.

Stock and arrange products and parts to ensure warehouse inventory turns.

Handle equipment and parts unloading and loading.

Communicate well with delivery representatives

Delivery Paperwork process orientated

Unloading and loading trucks using a forklift

Provide support to customers in person or via phone/email and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.

Keep current knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to provide premier customer experience and drive sales.

Inspect parts and equipment for damage

Maintain flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Required Skills:

Minimum of two years of prior experience in a similar role.

Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems

Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service.

Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Forklift certification is a plus

Total compensation for this position is $18 to $20 per hour.
