Intellectual Property Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Washington DC, is seeking an experienced IP Secretary to join their team. This position is hybrid - 3 days in office. Responsibilities Drafting legal documents and correspondence Maintaining files Assisting with setup for new trademark prosecution and trademark litigation matters Managing calendars Entering attorney time Submitting expenses Assisting with invoicing Corresponding with clients Requirements 5+ years of recent law firm or corporate IP department secretarial experience required Ability to meet or exceed docketing quality and quantity standards Strong MS Office and technology knowledge Very organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $92,000-$126,500 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
