We are looking for a General Manager at Godfather's Pizza to perform various functions, including providing strong leadership, communication, and coordination to team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service.

Must have Restaurant/QSR experience 8 to 12 Years

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

2. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and brand standards

3. Hire, train, and manage staff performance

4. Handle guest complaints and ensure service recovery

5. Manage sales, P&L, labor, and food costs

6. Monitor daily reports and drive business decisions

7. Ensure inventory control and vendor coordination

8. Drive sales through promotions and local marketing

9. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

10. Lead team, improve performance, and maintain positive work environment

Job Qualification :

EDUCATION:
High school diploma required; degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:
At least 8 to 12 years in the restaurant industry, with significant management experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred
