An excellent starting salary awaits when you come on board as a Collision Service Representative, on track to become a Collision Estimator. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a knack for math and numbers, loves being around cars while our technicians restore vehicles to their pre-damage condition. We're seeking candidates who present a positive attitude, are self-motivated, can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. With 6 state-of-the-art Collision Centers, Ferman is one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area and one of the most forward-thinking and progressive automotive groups in the industry. Responsibilities Include:

• Train to become an Experienced Collision Estimator.
• General administrative and Guest service tasks.
• Answer phone calls.
• Greet Guests.
• Check-in damaged vehicles to be repaired.
• Communicate with Guest and update them on vehicle repair status.
• Assist Estimators with administrative paperwork.
• Balance vehicle repair orders.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Accuracy and proficiency with numbers.
• Automotive Experience Preferred
• Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent Guest service.
• Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
• Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.
• Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
