Program Supervisor

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona’s Community Based Services program provides in‑home remedial intervention for at‑risk youth and families, identifying strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team planning process. We are seeking experienced professionals from Behavioral Health to serve as positive role models and impact families. Program Supervisor (Coordinator) Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations and overall programming for Community Based Placement Preservation and Stabilization Programs. Ensure efficient program operation in line with Devereux policies. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Community Based Programs. Participate in quality planning and monitoring; manage partial caseload. Supervise Crisis (Family) Support Coordinators and DBT Coaches; provide staff development and clarify job expectations. Conduct annual evaluations, interview/hire new staff, conduct on‑the‑job training, address disciplinary actions. Schedule & Compensation Salary: $47,736.00 – $52,509.60 per year. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; two weeks of on‑call hours and one weekend day per month required. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field and one year of related experience; or Associate’s Degree and two years; or High School Diploma/GED and four years. Minimum one year of supervisory/leadership experience required; one year of Devereux supervisory/leadership experience preferred. Other Requirements Attend mandatory new‑hire orientation Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑5:00 pm (paid). Be 21 years old or older. Valid Arizona driver’s license and 36‑month DMV history check. Pre‑employment physical and job demand assessment (if applicable). Drug test within 24 hours of offer with negative results. Current Arizona fingerprint clearance card with no restrictions, or eligibility to obtain. Devereux is a drug‑free workplace; drug screening is required.
