Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design specific therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Adopt evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic and thorough care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance on therapy methods to assist patients and their families in sustaining progress at home
• Assess and Record Progress: Observe clinical advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track

Education

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and will receive support

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
