Internet Sales ManagerBobby Rahal of State College - 120 Clinton Ave, State College PA 16803 & 2796 W College Ave, State College PA 16801Schedule: Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on SundayPay: Salary plus commission WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HEREPaid time off and six paid holidays after 90 days; PTO increases after one year of employmentHealth insurance and a wide variety of other voluntary benefits after 30 days401(k) participation with company match after 6 monthsOn the job training and opportunities for advancement across the Team Rahal organizationTeam member appreciation monthly eventsTeam member referral bonusesAnnual holiday partiesExcellent work-life balance!Read more at WHAT YOU'LL DOIn this position, you will work between two locations and manage all incoming digital and phone-based sales leads to drive vehicle sales growth and strengthen customer retention, ensuring every inquiry receives prompt, professional, and well‑qualified follow‑up. You will oversee lead response, appointment scheduling, unsold prospect nurturing, and accurate CRM documentation while coordinating with sales staff on scripts, objection handling, and appointment confirmation standards. You will monitor key performance indicators such as response times, set and show rates, sold rates, and customer satisfaction, and partner with sales leadership to enhance online merchandising, lead quality, and conversion processes. You will also support a consistently high‑quality customer experience through clear communication, issue resolution, and adherence to dealership policies, OEM requirements, and privacy standards.Our team members believe that integrity matters!
