About the Role

Protection Termite Control is a small, family-owned pest and termite company serving the Phoenix Valley. We're looking for a dependable, organized team member to coordinate customer appointments, manage calls and emails, and prepare work orders for our technicians.

This is a busy office role with a steady stream of customer communication and scheduling. We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple computer programs.

This is NOT a same-day emergency dispatch position. You'll primarily be planning ahead, scheduling future appointments, and preparing organized routes and work orders for technicians.

Responsibilities

• Schedule future service appointments with customers and technicians
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and emails
• Respond to customer questions professionally and promptly
• Prepare and organize work orders for technician routes
• Keep customer records and scheduling information accurate
• Manage multiple computer programs and tasks simultaneously
• Communicate with technicians and office staff to resolve scheduling issues
• Process service orders, invoices, and customer account information

Requirements

• 1+ year of office or customer service experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and data entry
• Comfortable using multiple computer programs at once
• 40+ WPM typing speed (typing test required)
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Must pass a background check

Preferred

• Familiarity with the Phoenix metro area
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or Microsoft Office
• Pest control or home services experience
• Demonstrated long-term commitment in previous jobs

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | In office
• Rotating weekend shift | Remote once trained | Up to 3 hours total
