Job Title Tenant Services Administrator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Tenant Services Administrator to act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating with maintenance staff, managing lease duties, and ensuring tenant satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests. Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and regular property inspections. Assist with lease management duties, including lease administration, renewals, and terminations. Ensure all interactions with tenants comply with legal and company standards. Address tenant complaints and service issues promptly and efficiently. Assist in the move‑in and move‑out process, including property inspections and security deposit assessments. Maintain accurate records of all tenant interactions, repairs, and maintenance. Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports on tenant service activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, such as accounting and legal, to provide cohesive tenant services. Support the property management team in enhancing tenant satisfaction. Essential Skills Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi and AppFolio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach. Customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced work environment. Working knowledge of lease agreements and rental law. Basic understanding of building maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or a property management role. Administrative support, data entry, and administrative assistance skills. Work Environment The work environment is fast‑paced and dynamic, requiring excellent multitasking abilities. The role involves regular interaction with tenants, maintenance staff, and cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in property management software and a strong customer service orientation are essential. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
