This is NOT a cold-calling position. You'll speak with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services, helping qualify leads and schedule appointments for our in-home sales team. Responsibilities include : Contact homeowners who have previously requested information about our services Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations Answer customer questions and provide excellent service Build rapport and create positive customer experiences Accurately document customer conversations in our CRM Meet individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing training and coaching Work collaboratively in a fast-paced call center environment What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and listening skills Friendly, outgoing personality Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Basic computer skills Coachable and eager to learn Reliable attendance Ability to work evening and/or weekend shifts About All Weather Seal For over 45 years , All Weather Seal of West Michigan has helped homeowners improve their homes with premium replacement windows, metal roofing, bathroom remodeling, and other energy-efficient home improvement solutions.
