Texas Palms RV Park is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk & Housekeeper . This position combines front office responsibilities with housekeeping duties to help create an exceptional experience for our residents and guests.
ResponsibilitiesOffice Duties- Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
- Process reservations and payments.
- Assist with general office organization and record keeping.
- Answer questions about the park and local area.
- Clean and sanitize the office, restrooms, laundry room, and other common areas.
- Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Help maintain a clean, attractive environment throughout the property.

Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Previous office, hospitality, or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
