About our Agency: Our agency opened in 2015 and is a close-knit team of five who believe in working hard while keeping family first. I was introduced to State Farm in 2012 through a friend who became an agent, and after spending two years as a team member, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue.

I'm married with three children and graduated from college where I also played baseball. Sports have always been a big part of my life, and I still enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing whenever I can.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
