About Us
Stronghold Foundations is a Northern California foundation repair contractor. We stabilize, lift and replace foundations for homeowners and commercial clients using steel piers, helical piles and engineered underfloor solutions. We’re growing, and we need someone who can both fill the calendar and close the gap on jobs we’ve already quoted.
The Role
This job has two halves.
1. Book appointments. Homeowners call us when they notice cracks, sloping floors or sticking doors. You’ll answer those calls and web leads, find out what’s going on, and get an inspection booked on the field team’s calendar.
2. Recycle old proposals into sales. We have a backlog of homeowners who got an estimate and never moved forward. Their foundation problems didn’t go away. You’ll work that list: reconnect, find out what held them up (price, timing, financing, a competing bid), and bring them back to a signed contract or a fresh visit from an estimator.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, Google Local Services leads and web inquiries quickly and professionally
- Qualify leads and book inspections and estimates
- Work through open and expired proposals by phone, text and email on a steady schedule
- Uncover objections and bring back options: financing, phased repairs, updated pricing or a re-inspection
- Hand warm, re-engaged customers to estimators or close them directly when the scope is set
- Keep the CRM accurate: every call, note, objection and next step logged
- Track your numbers: booking rate, proposals revived and revenue recovered
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of inside sales, appointment-setting, collections or customer service experience (home services or construction a big plus)
- Comfortable on the phone all day, including calling people who said “not right now”
- Persistent without being pushy; good at listening for the real reason someone stalled
- Organized and disciplined about follow-up, comfortable in a CRM
- Clear writer for texts and emails
- Competitive, coachable and motivated by commission

- Base pay + commission on booked appointments and on revived proposals that close
