Graphic Designer

Description Colton RV & Marine is a leading dealership in the RV and marine industry, dedicated to providing top-notch customer experience to help our customers make memories! We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Essential Functions: Design and Development: Create visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the Colton RV & Marine brand guidelines. Along with sister companies: Airstream of Buffalo and Budget RV Outlet of Buffalo Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high‑quality standards. Software Utilization: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to produce high-quality designs. Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to continuously innovate and improve design strategies. Feedback Integration: Accept and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to refine designs and achieve the best results. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or marketing graphic design, preferably with event- or retail-driven industries Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Work Requirements: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for the RV and marine industry is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for various marketing initiatives. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in design work. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Self-Motivation: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
