Front of House Food Prep - El Charrito Express (Monterey)

7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
El Charrito Express in Monterey is a fast-casual, counter-service restaurant focused on fresh, high-quality food and efficient service. Guests order at the counter and enjoy a quick, convenient experience similar to a build-your-own style concept. We're looking for a dependable and energetic Front of House Food Prep who can prepare food orders and attend to customers in a fast-paced and friendly environment. You'll report directly to the Assistant Manager and work closely with both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and great guest experiences. We're a proud family-run business that's been operating for over 40 years. Our employees are the heart of the business - they are our family - and we're always looking for passionate, enthusiastic people to join our team.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required.
