VP, US Market Access: Emerging Landscape & AI Enablement

Pfizer seeks a Vice President, US Market Access, Emerging Landscape, to shape external dynamics into actionable strategy for USMAPPS. You will drive capabilities, including AI-enabled workflows, and influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization. This hybrid role is based in NYHQ or other US sites with 2–3 days on-site.
You will lead strategy on 340B, PBM reform, and government policy, building organizational readiness and ensuring adoption of new capabilities across the enterprise.
