Endoscopy Technicians (Therapeutic) are responsible for the following:

• Assists Endoscoptist with procedures including advanced therapeutic procedures.
• Oversees set up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced endoscopic equipment.
• Aids in the collection and preparation of specimens.

The Endoscopy Technician (Therapeutic) functions as a technical expert assisting in the performance of both standard and advanced endoscopic procedures. Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma
• Completion of SGNA Associates Program preferred
• Two (2) years experience in an Endoscopy setting
• CPR certification
