Treasury Associate

Treasury Associate - Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex - Hybrid, 2 days onsite Compensation: $80-100K annually w/bonus Company offers a lucrative bonus program, paid week off between Christmas and New Years Eve, and lots of promotional opportunities as legacy staff retire. Key Responsibilities Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances and forecast cash flow requirements. Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of cash transactions. Transaction Processing: Record and categorize cash transactions in the general ledger. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports related to cash activities. Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies related to cash management. Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and response to inquiries. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on cash management preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
