- Wash, peel, slice and mixe vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses and other ingredients for all menu items
- Follow recipes and comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures and Department of Health regulations
- Clean all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
- 1+ year of kitchen experience
- Basic math skills
- Good knife skills and finger dexterity to use small tools and utensils adeptly
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on your feet for the full shift
- Reliable and hard-working
- Be a great communicator
- Be able to work as part of a team in fast-pace environment.
