Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered if candidate sees all age groups)
• Active New Hampshire state medical license required
• Current BLS certification
• Active DEA license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
