Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Outpatient Cardiology
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient non-invasive cardiology care
- Perform diagnostic cardiology services
- Collaborate with 2 APRNs
- Ensure continuity of care within a multi-specialty medical group
Required Procedures:
- Echocardiography
- Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: 2 APRNs
Days Per Month: 3-5 days per week
On-Call/Weekends:
- No call requirements
- No weekend requirements
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- Current Vermont License (or willingness to obtain)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
- CPR and DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
