Job Summary:

- Additional Information: The position involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting in medical records accurately and timely, participating in student programs, and maintaining professional licensure in good standing. The candidate should adhere to state practice acts and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
