Inside Sales & Marketing Assistant

Location:Orlando, Fl (On-site) Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Inside Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing sales team in Orlando. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a passion for both sales and marketing, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a career in the real estate finance and private lending industry. The ideal candidate will assist with lead management, CRM administration, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day sales support activities while helping drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with lead generation, prospect follow-up, and pipeline management activities. Manage and maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM system. Assist with lead qualification and routing to the appropriate sales team members. Coordinate outreach campaigns through email, phone, and marketing channels. Track and report on lead activity, campaign results, and sales performance metrics. Assist with event coordination, client communications, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between lead generation and conversion efforts. Provide administrative and operational support to the Orlando sales team. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, business development, customer service, or a related field. Experience using CRM platforms is required. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required) with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. HubSpot experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience in real estate, mortgage, private lending, or financial services is a plus.
