Benefits and Features 120,000 – 150,000, depending on experience, with production bonus opportunities Full-time, Monday – Friday or 4 days/week Health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits Flexible scheduling with optional urgent care shifts for additional income and variety Your Role Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care in an outpatient setting serving patients from birth through age 21 Perform well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, acute care visits, and chronic condition management Collaborate with physicians and care team members while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making Optional participation in pediatric urgent care coverage for additional clinical variety and compensation Background Profile Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Pediatric experience preferred Comfortable managing a broad range of pediatric primary care conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr
