Responsibilities Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians Medication administration Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the state CPR Certification required Hiring Locations Apopka, FL 32703 #J-18808-Ljbffr
