Pay Rate:

$1.00/hour (rate discussed upon bid)

What You’ll Do

Provide inpatient trauma surgical coverage on a two-week rotating schedule

Consult on pediatric cases, including minor surgeries such as endoscopic appendectomies and HMP procedures

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced trauma environment

Assist in trauma cases, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols

Participate in urgent and emergency pediatric consultations, typically under 20 cases per month

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members

What You Need

Active or IMLC license in good standing

DEA registration

Board certification in specialty (BC)

Ability to perform pediatric surgeries confidently

Experience in trauma or acute care settings preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

This position is based at a Level 3 Pediatric Trauma Center in Richland, WA, known for providing exceptional pediatric trauma care. The provider will join a dedicated surgical team committed to excellent patient outcomes in a busy trauma environment. The assignment requires flexibility to cover shifts during the specified periods in January 2027, with a focus on trauma surgery and pediatric consultation.
