Dallas | Hybrid Debt Finance Associate Attorney AmLaw 50 Opportunity A leading national law firm is seeking a Debt Finance Associate Attorney to join its growing Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing private equity sponsors, commercial banks, private credit funds, direct lenders, and corporate borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions. The Role Leveraged finance transactions Acquisition financings Private credit and direct lending transactions Sponsor-backed financing transactions Senior secured and mezzanine lending facilities Asset-based and cash flow lending transactions Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, commitment papers, and collateral documents Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility Collaboration with a nationally recognized finance team Ideal Background Approximately 3–6 years of debt finance, leveraged finance, banking, or private credit experience Experience representing private equity sponsors, lenders, borrowers, commercial banks, or private credit funds strongly preferred Experience with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth financings preferred Strong drafting experience involving credit agreements, commitment letters, security agreements, guaranties, and intercreditor agreements Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Strong academic credentials Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school required Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted in Texas Why This Opportunity Industry-leading national finance platform Exposure to sophisticated sponsor-side and lender-side transactions Significant client contact and deal responsibility Strong mentorship and professional development opportunities Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Aligned Talent Acquisition
