HVAC Technician

Facilities ManagementPerforms duties associated with the maintenance and repair of building structures, associated systems, and equipment through proficient and knowledgeable skills in the areas of heating, air conditioning, control systems, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment, both on commercial and residential scales. Most incumbents have this specialized area of expertise, but can provide assistance in all areas of building maintenance.
