Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Start and stop power plant equipment according to an established policy.
• Determine problems with equipment malfunctions.Make minor repairs.
• Handle emergency failures of essential utilities such as emergency power, water, gas, andother.
• Run building status and print and file information.
• Make engineering rounds every two hours and log findings in logbook. Pass on any necessary information to relief supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• PreviousBoiler Room/Maintenance experience preferred
