Ensure the resources and commitment to HSE is of top priority for all employees within the company.Maintain 100% "Safety Standards and Accountability" in all areas or mandatory/regulatory requirements, which include:Maintain compliance with the required HSE Training.Taking necessary action when behaviors or conditions around you may be unsafe.Reporting and addressing all potential safety concerns/incidents/issues promptly and willingly participate and assist in any investigation that may relate to a safety incident.Performs work in strict compliance with permitting requirements, and other compliance-oriented directives.Participating in safety meetings, working safely, and maintaining a safe work environment as an employee and representative of CCI Industrial Services.Document and record any injury or near miss incident that may occur while you are working.Demonstrate and promote safe work practices by participating in JSA reviews, pre-job walkdowns and safety START card preparations covering work activities and materials required by the company and the client.Promote and participate in Safety Programs.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Understanding how machines, tools, turbines, generators and electrical circuits work and interact.Watching gauges, dials, computer screen, and video indicators to verify that machines function properlyPerforming routine upkeep and using hand or power tools to fix broken componentsInspect equipment regularly to catch malfunctions or safety issues earlyRequired Qualifications:High School DiplomaValid Driver LicensePreferred Qualifications:Local to the Alexandria, LA areaWork Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.Position may involve exposure to extremely hostile weather conditions at times while working outdoors. This position may involve working with potentially hazardous materials and waste.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A pre-hire post offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an employee's ability to perform to the job standard. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.MOBILITY: Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service.
